De- Stress Yoga is for all levels, and  is designed to help clear + calm your busy mind.
You will follow a select group of poses  to improve your flexibility and strength. Relax with a meditation or restful pose at the end.

This gentle style of yoga teaches students to breathe deeply and stretch safely. It will increase flexibility, strength and stamina.

 

This slower practice emphasizes a balance of body alignment and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen your body with gentle transitions and minimal weight bearing on your hands.  Each class ends with a relaxation posture to help calm the mind.

 

This class is recommended for all levels, including beginners. 

DEEP

STRETCH YOGA

Power Vinyasa Flow  is a vigorous, physically challenging and heating style of yoga. Postures are linked together in flowing sequences connected by the breath to create a practice of continuous movement. And have fun listening to music while you practise!

You will get sweaty, but after a relaxing cool down, you will leave feeling refreshed.
