
WEEKLY VIRTUAL YOGA CLASSES

This gentle style of yoga teaches students to breathe deeply and stretch safely. It will increase flexibility, strength and stamina.
This slower practice emphasizes a balance of body alignment and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen your body with gentle transitions and minimal weight bearing on your hands. Each class ends with a relaxation posture to help calm the mind.
This class is recommended for all levels, including beginners.

Power Vinyasa Flow is a vigorous, physically challenging and heating style of yoga. Postures are linked together in flowing sequences connected by the breath to create a practice of continuous movement. And have fun listening to music while you practise!
You will get sweaty, but after a relaxing cool down, you will leave feeling refreshed.
